EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Payments are automatically deducted from your bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Eliminate writing checks and save $ 4.00 per installment on service charges! To Inquire About Your Bill - Two Options Are Available

#1. To inquire about the status of your payments or any general question about your bill you can contact our Customer Service staff between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM at 617-770-5390 or 800-899-1116 Ext. 5390.

#2. You have access 24 hours a day to our Automated Billing Inquiry System. Dial 617-770-5140 or 877-796-6803.

- You will be prompted to use your telephone key pad to input your policy number. Then just follow the instructions.

Insufficient Funds Processing (Bounced Checks)
Checks and electronic payments not honored by a financial institution are subject to a processing fee of $20.00. Future payments may require a Cashier's or Certified Check. When a payment that reinstated a policy is not honored, we will rescind the notice of reinstatement and cancel the policy on the original date of cancellation. Please contact your Agent for additional information.

Late Payment Fee
A fee will be applied to the second and any subsequent Cancellation Pending Notice for each policy term. There is no fee in NJ, the fee is $10 in RI, and $20 in all other states.

Installment Plan Options

A. One Payment
This option is typically used for Mortgage billed policies. Payment in full, due on inception date with no service charge.

B. Four Payments
Twenty-five (25%) due on inception date or with application. Three additional equal installments (25%) billed at 60 day intervals. Four dollar ($4.00) service charge per installment.

C. Nine Payments
Twenty percent (20%) due on inception date or with application. Eight additional equal installments of (10%) billed at 30 day intervals. Four dollar ($4.00) service charge per installment.

D. Ten Payments
This plan is available for Rhode Island personal auto polices. Fifteen percent (15%) due on inception date or with application. Nine additional installments. The first 5 installments of (9.44%) billed at 30 day intervals. The remaining 4 installments of (9.45%) billed at 30 day intervals. Four dollar ($4.00) service charge per installment.

E. Twelve Payments
Available for policies that are enrolled with EFT. Installments will be spread evenly for the first year at 30 day intervals (this typically means 10 or 11 equal installments in the first year depending on the date the application is processed). You will have 12 equal installments in future years. The Minimum Due is automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date or the first business day following the due date. There are no service charges for this payment plan.
