What you should do if a loss occurs
-Immediately contact your insurance agent who will provide us with the necessary
information to begin processing your claim. Your agent will assist you in every way
they can to see your claim through to a satisfactory conclusion.
If you are unable to contact your agent, you can report your claim
directly to Quincy Mutual by dialing 1-800-490-0047. This service
is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To inquire on the status of your claim
-Our customer service staff can provide you with general information on the status
of your claim. Dial 617-770-5391 or 800-899-1116 Ext. 5391 during normal customer
service hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
-You may contact your agent as well if you have a claim question. They can provide
you with their expert advice and make additional inquiries on your behalf.
