Subrogation Claims Representative

Responsibilities include the settlement and maintenance of auto and property subrogation claims and recoveries. The position requires professional telephone and written communication with various parties to determine liability.

Requires two to three years auto claims experience, one year of liability and/or subrogation claims experience, familiarity with laws of competitive negligence, a four year college degree or equivalent plus applicable industry courses and seminars and professional communication skills.

Auto Claims Representative

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of automobile first party physical damage and third party property damage claims in the states of MA, RI, CT, and NJ. The position requires an individual to have strong communication and organizational skills. A four-year college degree or equivalent college level insurance courses required. Minimum one year handling all types’ physical damage claims required. Adjuster licenses in the states of Rhode Island and/or Connecticut helpful.

Bodily Injury Adjuster

Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment handling Bodily Injury claims. The ability to analyze physical damage and bodily injury claim information, apply knowledge of varying laws of comparative negligence and state regulations, and make decisions based on company guidelines is essential.

This position requires professional oral and written communication skills and a minimum of two years experience handling Bodily Injury claims. Adjuster licenses in CT and RI preferred as well as a four-year college degree or equivalent college level insurance courses.

Commercial Lines - Operation Technician

Responsibilities include: Accurate data entry of rating, billing and statistical information into WINS System. Ability to read, understand and implement oral and written procedural guidelines to: complete forms, notices and policy declaration pages using Microsoft Word; assemble and distribute Commercial Lines policies, renewals and endorsements.
