Commercial Lines Product Development Specialist

The Commercial Lines Product Development Specialist will examine, evaluate and design coverage, rate and development new and enhanced products for Commercial Lines growth and profitability. The Commercial Lines Product Development Specialist provides comprehensive competitor analysis and knowledge of the Commercial Lines market including information on competitors, regulators and legal issues. Will share expertise regarding underwriting position and establish guidelines for products including the On-line agency underwriting systems.

Experience:
Understands how Commercial Lines product works in its entirety.
Ability to co-ordinate within multiple disciplines to take an idea from concept to market.
Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude with proficiency in analyzing underwriting data.
Lead within a team environment by collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Outstanding communication skills providing feedback on variances in project milestone dates and identify needs and resource changes to meet goals.
Exceptional technical skills including Microsoft Office suite product knowledge.
Minimum seven years commercial lines underwriting and product development experience.

Education Requirement:
Four year work related degree, advanced degree preferred.
CPCU and/or actuarial study.
