We’re pleased to introduce you to our next #AgentSpotlight — Ralph Talanian Insurance, who have been committed to providing quality insurance services and excellent customer care to all their clients for over 50 years!
The agency was founded in 1962 by Ralph Talanian who wanted to help customers obtain proper coverage for the right price after leaving his role as a standout salesman with another major insurance company. Throughout the past 50 years, there have been 5 local, independent insurance agents in South Weymouth — today, they are the only family-run independent agent still in business thanks to the customer service and appreciation for insurance that Ralph proudly instilled in his children as they grew up and learned about the industry.
A full-service agency offering Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance, Talanian Insurance keeps customer service a priority an operate with the philosophy of “respect and understanding for the unique financial situations and family dynamics of all our clients — we work with people from all backgrounds, ages, and strive to find the best, all-encompassing coverage to suit their particular needs.” Their high retention rate of customers can be attributed to the service they offer, treating each customer with the respect they deserve and prices they can afford. Pam Talanian McGrath says, “We go the extra mile for our customers by answering emails on weekends, running to the RMV, and even changing the plates on their cars. We’re happy to remain a local, homegrown agency and support our customers in any way we can.” By partnering with many insurance carriers, Talanian Insurance Agency is able to provide customers with the best coverage possible. When you insure with Talanian, they strive to “protect your personal assets and prepare you for a secure future by offering expert advice, friendly, efficient service, and the most affordable insurance plans on the market.”
Outside of the office, Talanian Insurance employees are heavily involved in the industry and community. They are members of the Columbian Square Business Association, which gives scholarships to high school students and holds a “Christmas in the Square” community event each year. As a whole, Talanian has also supported the Weymouth Food Pantry for several years.
